Refund Policy

1. In-person meetups

You have the opportunity to inspect the item before committing. If you meet up and decide the product isn't right for you, there's no pressure and no obligation to buy. Once you take the item home or pay, the sale is generally final — if the item is unworn and undamaged, reach out within 7 days and we'll work with you.

2. Shipped orders

Shipped orders are final sale. If there is a quality issue with your item, please reach out within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve it.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Final sale

Opened fragrances and clearly marked final-sale items are not eligible for return for hygiene and authenticity reasons.
