Overview

These terms apply to all purchases and inquiries with SC Resellin, whether in person, via delivery, or facilitated through a payment link. By submitting an inquiry or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

How the Inquiry Process Works

Prices are not listed publicly. When you submit an inquiry through the shop, you will receive a unique 6-character order code. Use that code at scresellin.com/chat to check messages from us.

We will reply through the chat within a reasonable time (typically under 5 hours) with pricing, availability confirmation, and — if you choose to proceed — a secure payment link.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to purchase. You are free to decline any quoted price without penalty.

Pricing

All prices are quoted individually per order. The price we quote in your chat thread is the final price for that transaction. No purchase is made until you click the payment link and complete checkout through Stripe.

Payment

Payment is processed through a secure Stripe checkout link sent directly to your chat. We also accept cash for in-person meetups. By clicking a payment link and completing checkout, you agree that the transaction is final.

Stripe is a third-party payment processor. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to all card transactions.

In-Person Meetups

You have the opportunity to inspect the item before committing. If you meet up and decide the product isn't right for you, no problem — there's no pressure and no obligation to buy.

Once you take the item home or pay, the sale is generally final. If the item is unworn and undamaged, reach out within 7 days of the meetup and we will work with you.

Shipping & Delivery Orders

Shipped orders are final sale. If there is a quality issue with your item, please reach out within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to resolve it.

After payment is confirmed, in-stock items typically ship within 14 days. Sourced items may take up to 30 days. We will communicate shipping details through your order chat. Please ensure your contact information is accurate — we reach out via the phone number, email, or Instagram handle you provided.

Product Authenticity

All items sold by SC Resellin are sourced and represented honestly. We describe each product to the best of our knowledge. If you have questions about a specific item before purchasing, ask in your chat thread before completing payment.

Chat Conversations

Your order chat is accessible using your 6-character order code at scresellin.com/chat. Keep your code safe — anyone who knows your code can view the chat thread. Conversations are stored on our servers to facilitate your transaction and for reasonable record-keeping purposes.

We may close a chat thread once a transaction is complete or after a reasonable period of inactivity.
